tuition & fees
Registration Fee: Upon acceptance to WCCS, a Registration Fee of $300 (per family) is due to reserve your child’s place in class. The amount of the Registration Fee is then deducted from the first tuition payment.
Tution Fees: Parents have two options for payment of tuition fees: One annual payment or 10 monthly pre-authorized payments (from a bank account).
Other Costs: School uniforms, school supplies and special activity fees (all regular field trips are covered by tuition fees).
Our Financial Assistance Fund is supported by a portion of our regular tuition fees and by donations from individuals who share the vision of our school. This fund is administered by the WCCS School Board through an application/interview process once a family is registered. Assistance is on a sliding scale based on income, assets and number of students enrolled.
Donations to this fund may be made to West Coast Christian School, marked as “Financial Assistance”.
What Our Parents Are Saying
Don’t just take it from us, let our school families do the talking!
Our son has difficulty socializing with his peers and we were concerned that at a public school he would be bullied. The small class sizes here give his teachers extra time to help him learn to connect better with his peers. I’m also grateful that I have the opportunity to volunteer. It feels great to be a part of such a close-knit community.
Is West Coast Christian School a BC government school?
No, our school is an independent school recognized by the British Columbia Ministry of Education as a Group 1 Independent School, and is a member of the Federation of Independent Schools Association of British Columbia (FISA BC), the Society of Christian Schools of British Columbia (SCSBC) and the Association of Christian Schools International (ACSI).
Do we have to be Christians or members of a church to register our children?
No, your family is welcome in our school! Reading our Philosophy and Statement of Faith in the About Us section will help you understand our perspective; our faith is integrated into every aspect of the life of our school community and all students are expected to participate.
